ClipperTech have been a member of the Scottish Federation of Meat Traders Associations for many years, and support the Scottish Meat Trades fair, which is held in Perth every two years. We exhibited at this year’s Meat Trades Fair on Sunday 10th May, and were happy to see such a busy turn out, and to catch up with customers, old and new.
2015 Scottish Haggis Championship
The contest that is held every second year attracted almost 100 entries which were firstly judged by region, and then the regional champions faced another tasting panel of experts to establish the overall winner. Congratulations to our customer, Joe from Findlay’s Of Portobello who won the South East Scotland Champion and 3rd place in the Overall Championship.
